Respawn Times in Control = No chance to enjoy a match
HI all! I've just played 6 games of regular Control, and of the 6 games 1 was good and competitive. However, I was spawn trapped in 5 of the last 6 games and the blowout was ridiculous.
Just sharing this a I had no way of out-fighting 3-4 enemies swarming around my respawn location. It has been hugely frustrating as all I am trying to do are regular old-fashioned Bounties. Is there anyone out there who can help? This is not fun anymore.
Pease Note : I don't care about KDs etc, all I want to do is have blast trying to get kills with various combos. But I can't last more than 5 seconds on respawn without being HC'd and team shot to pieces.

Its weird though because things you do before you die and routes you take and other things you pay attention to help to determine where you're going to spawn at. There's also the thing where if you're losing that bad and the match is that much of a mismatch spawn kills are just going to be a part of that because your team has no control over any part of the map a lot of the time. Seriously, is everyone just swarmed around the spawn points any more than usual and during the whole match? I am really not noticing this that much more than usual. Maybe I'm not paying enough attention.

3 AntwortenHaving a blast isn't something that Bungie wants us to do. On the attached image I am the bronze 830 elo player and the others are, well, the others. How i ended up in the same Control match as the players at those levels is beyond me, especially when you consider the levels that the other team were at. Unfortunately I don't think Bungie are overly worried about the state of PVP at the moment but it would be good to see if they do have any thoughts, good or bad on the situation of lower skilled gamers being stomped by those at a much higher skill level.

This is what happens when you have skill creep....and no new maps for two years. I quit out of a Rumble match several months ago, because I got spawn killed 4 or 5 times in a row. By players who clearly had the spawn points memorized and were just running back and forth between them. I wasn't going to subject myself to that, and I left. Last night one of the top PvP players in my clan posted a meme video of his own game play. Where he got killed in a match....and then was spawn killed because the game literally spawned him onto someone's Witherhoard grenade AoE. The spawn algorithms in the game are simply that bad, that the game can't even sense when there is an active danger on the spot they plan to put you.
