Trials is officially not playable as a solo anymore.
By Bungie gatekeeping their streamers to be able to run through solos and casuals, it seems like all of them left already.
Without the flawless pool, myself, a top 9 % elo player sitting in diamond with a 1,53 kd (2,08 kda) for trials ALL SOLO STATS, so i am not bad by any means, i lost 18 games and won 6 so far this weekend and my kd dropped to 1.06.
Your matchmaking is hot garbage. You match me with 1310 players and people who have a .38 kda and also often a missing teammate against absolute sweat stacks the whole time. Bungie, think for a second. The vast majority of players are casuals and average players revive the playlist. By gatekeeping your streamers and sweat stacks by listening to their "feedback" that the flawless pool is bad, you scare off the vast majority from trials again. LET THEM WORK FOR THEIR STUPID CARRY OFFERS.
And no, activating it on sunday reset, when the weekend is already over for the eastern area of the planet, is not the way.
How can a company not learn from their mistakes at all. You revive the playlist, people have fun for 3 weeks. Obvioulsy casuals will leave slowly after getting their loot. And yet you scare off the remaining casuals by putting them against stacks who went flawless 200+ times constantly. DO SOMETHING or the playlist is dead in 4 weeks, only having sweats in it again. NOT FUN.
EDIT: I attached a picture of one of my teammates i got today. We faced a 3 stack with 200+ flawlesses.

2 AntwortenThey don't care about the majority of players or making fun activities. For me, I don't mind losing so much but when you are losing 80% of your matches it's very unrewarding.

I've not tried this weekend and probably won't. I played last weekend and got stacked teams 80% of the time (not an exaggeration). It was a shambles. They really didn't need to move the flawless pool to Sun but they have to cater to those steamers cos that's what bungie does. To be fair, I'm not sure how much that really solved the problem anyway cos it was still stacked teams left, right and centre. At this point I think they should just remove solo queing and focus on finding a way to incentivise players to group up because pitting solo players against stacked teams is so one sided it's ridiculous.

I'm a solo player as well, and I have went flawless in week 2 and 3. But even I don't have this reaction. As a matter of fact, I can't tell you how many times I ended up the last man standing having to pull off a 3v1. I personally take it as good practice lmao. Yes its frustrating, but I also understand that this, is a highly competitive game mode, and I'm playing against other players. When your enemy is actual other players, there is only so much bungie can do to protect you and your experience. Understand if you aren't having the bad game, then the other person on the other side is. This is pvp.

No kidding. Solo queuing in Trials was legitimately the worst PvP experience I’ve had in recent memory.

My last run was solo and i went 7-1 with a 4.0 kd.

To be fair, trails is a top tier team based pvp. It shouldn't be given freelance, and solo queue isn't designed to make flawless easier, it's designed to allow easier access to playing at all. I'm no sweat, I don't even like pvp, but I jave to defend this from a place of logic. It makes nonsemse to complain about this at all

It isnt playable in general, i have 0.7 KD and i matching against people with 3.0s and unbroken plus flawless titles, card based matchmaking is stupid, not to mention ability spam is the worst thing ever, a gun only mode would suit trials better, the amount of stuff that warlocks and titans have that is broken is stupid, shatterdive is the only thing good about hunters ON THAT ENTIRE SUBCLASS, titans can full heal just by casting there super, which should also not exist in that mode.

Agreed. Has nothing to do with "flawless pool" and more just overall match making in general. Doesn't seem like there is any rhyme or reason to it. This weekend I quit in 4 games after resetting my Mercy twice and was just done. First game was 5/0 against 3 vex myth users. Second game was 5/0 with 2/3 vex myth users. Reset my mercy card. Next game another 5/0 with 2/3 vex myth users. Fourth game was 5/3 (I got a couple lucky double kill shatter dives off. Had to since it's the only thing that can compete with vex - a one shot garbage no skill move). Only 1 vex user in that last game. Match making is garbage. Weapon balance isn't important (specifically when you have a weapon like vex that is incredibly beyond broken right now). Not going to sit here and feed the sweat trios queing all weekend. Solo only que in iron banner? solo only que in comp? Oh no we definitely can't do that in trails. Wouldn't make any sense...

4 AntwortenI have 2 friends that went solo flawless last night. Speak for yourself man. It's a team game mode and you want special treatment for being solo. That's like Tom Brady trying to solo the Super Bowl and getting mad because he can't cuz he doesn't have a receiver to throw to. I support you getting more loot for playing solo but you CANNOT expect a team mode to cater to you as a solo.

1 AntwortenI understand and your right but the new Revamped Trials for solo players was intentionally not meant for solos to go Flawless that just a plus it was actually made it for solos to get rewarded for Playing trials since it was impossible for them to get rewarded besides the bounty let alone get past 3wins For pp who can't get flawless each season Bungie needs to put ONE adept weapon in the vendor each season on their 3rd or 4th Vendor reset to bait them if you want more weapons like this get a team and try to go flawless ^ I want this same idea system for Vanguard strikes to get more ppl to do Grandmasters

So, As a Solo, you willing to Jump into Trials, knowing Flawless Matchmaking isn't on, untill Sunday, knowing as a Solo that your chances at going Flawless goes down. And you are complaining, over just waiting till Sunday? Did I miss anything?

Week 2 was fun, ..but Im' out again the balance is horrible in this game. The worst I've seen in a pvp game. I mean vex mythoclast 2 shotted me from across the map, gg indeed.

I agree, PvP is not fun. It's one of those "necessary evils" that exist in life that always suck, because the people that are responsible for it, actually don't play, they stay in a vacuum and state their "data" works. Look at hand canons, those are one of the things that last forever and haven't been fixed

bungie needs to set trials up so that the flawless pool is always open from the start of trials to the end of it every week and NOT tell people they turned it on. and they need to make it, so that even if you reset your card at 6 and you win that next match, you're automatically put into the flawless pool. no ifs, ands, or buts about it. the amount of carries and recoveries that do what they do and get away with it is getting way out of hand.

It's playable, i"ve just selected the node and started playing... winning is another matter but it is playable.

Yeah, won the first game - lost since. I'm average at best but the team mates I've been given were awful. (Just to let you know i happy to play with anyone). Every team has been a 3 stack. Solo is pointless and only aims to give people who can go flawless an easier ride. I dont expect to the light house, but I don't think 3 win is much to ask
