Read the twab and you'll see my disappointment. The only thing I'm happy about is that I haven't and now will never be buying witch queen. I'm not paying to have content I already paid for removed from the game again. We bearly have enough content in the game to hold player attention to begin with and you guys want to strip down everything to a desert wasteland of a game. Nope I'm out I'm done being burned by bungie

Unless I need to go to the Spider 🕷️, I have no reason to be there. Since Rahool will be the new Spider, I have no need to ever be on the Shore.

1 AntwortenAH YES My FAVORTIE SPACE THE TANGLED SHIORE. Go there all the time for fun and just to do public events alone. I agree with my esteemed colleague. So angry theyre taking away this space that is never used and not that fun Woe is Us
-
I’ll put it this way. We are not paying them to remove content because it is going away whether you pay or not. Do I agree with it? I don’t care either way, played the story line twice and out of the destinations tangled short is my least liked.

Title is so dramatic. They haven’t “made” you do anything
-
Just one thing. You don't pay to have the content taken away. It's going no matter what. You pay for new content and frankly idc if it goes. The campaign isn't that good excluding the first mission and there is nothing to do on the tangled shore
-
But game go fast

you're cringe lol

69 AntwortenBearbeitet von TheArtist: 10/8/2021 12:04:08 PMI get tired of this. Read your Software License. You are not paying for content. You are paying for access to play the game. The "game" is whatever Bungie decides it is. ...and removing old content that no one plays so that they can add NEW content while having the game still RUN WELL...is easily defensible. Oh, and if you aren't going to play the game, why are you here??

8 AntwortenI understand now the sunsetting cycle, but why the Tangled shore? Removing one of the best looking areas in the game, when they could sunset nessus, which has been played to death and offers nothing interesting?

31 Antworten
. We bearly have enough content in the game to hold player attention to begin with and you guys want to strip down everything to a desert wasteland of a game.
It's pretty much a wasteland as it is now but don't tell the players that think "leveling is content" that Bungie conditioned them to believe. All the planets in this game are dead. No new PvP maps. No new strikes No new Gambit maps Dungeons are being spammed Lost sectors are being spammed D1 content is replacing the vaulted content that was better Seasons are boring as hell, and a huge list of issues in this game is not being fixed. A lot of what's wrong with this game is that Bungie focuses way too much on petty things as usual, and won't update things in this game to keep things relevant. But they sure as hell make sure Eververse gets all kinds of attention that never has any issues as the rest of the entire game does.

4 AntwortenThis only shows one thing about the current game state: They care more about the game being "lite" and "not big on size" rather than getting more content. Why?DESTINY DOES NOT HOLD PLAYERS FOR LONG TIME. Thats why we have sunset We have locations being deleted Constant LvL increase, which makes new players feel "hey, they care about the game, it still get more levels every 3 months" Until they realize that level does not matter, and in fact, levels make you want to play less, since every new season you need to grind over all your stuff. I bet that these people who "love stuff getting vaulted" either dont care about end game, and just want PvP or people who got everything for free/discount because they are new to the game
bearly
Also, Bungie wont give a single -blam!- about you not buying Witch Queen. Despite people on these forums being against the DCV, the overall playerbase will not see a major decline. I will just be glad that people like you aren’t around anymore since all y’all do is complain.

91 AntwortenI miss the days when you bought a game and additional content in the knowledge you wouldn't have it stolen away for arbitrary reasons.

6 AntwortenI feel similar. I knew that this could happen, but I hoped that it wouldn't. I know technically we're paying for access to the expansions, not for the expansions themselves, but that's in the license agreement, not how Bungie advertises. It's TECHNICALLY fine, but as someone who has played for a few years it feels dishonest. I now feel as though paying Bungie is no longer investing in a game I love, but rather having cash squeezed out of me in a way that Bungie seems to not want to openly admit. I may or may not buy Witchqueen. I haven't decided. But if any Bungie staff are reading this, I want to say that I love this game so, so much; I love the story, the visuals, the gameplay. I played music from Red War at my wedding, for goodness' sake. I don't feel the need to be appeased, I just want to not feel ripped off. More transparency in advertising (saying that we're buying a pass, not an expansion; giving a very general schedule as to when vaulted content is coming back; not advertising as free to play when most of the core game has been removed) would make me feel miles better. As it is, although I still play the game I have had to warn multiple friends off getting started with it. I've had to tell them about the weird content removals and paywalls and that the free to play portion of the game is tiny, and for SOME reason that turns them off. I don't want them to get sucked in under a false impression, and they don't want that either. Please, please, someone start doing better. So many veteran players are fine with pouring money into this game, so long as it's made very, very clear what we're paying for. It's the disingenuous money-grabbing vibe that's really getting to us.

Cool man, see you in Witch Queen

2 AntwortenNo one goes to those locations anymore. Spider is the only one we go to the tangled shore for. It’s a waste of space.
-
Be honest with yourself, do you really waste your time on patrol zones? Its such a waste of space, I already explored everything there is to explore in the reef. I would never ever go back to the reef unless a mission requires it, You guys get so sentimental over garbage you don’t even use. Who cares if the zone is going away? We are gonna get a whole new one to explore. The one thing I hate about sunset is bungie removing pvp maps. That right there doesn’t sit right with me, pvp is already stale as it is, we need far more variety. Im sick of widow’s court

2 AntwortenOh terms and conditions why must you be forgotten

1 AntwortenNo one's making anyone pay anything.

Stop giving Bungie money. Problem solved.
-
Bungie when they make you go to old areas for new season content:
Bungo WTF making us play old content again really?!?!?!?
Literally the same person when they remove it:
OMG Bungie removing content that I play ALL the time!?!?! Worst company ever
-
There is so much of this game I would PAY FOR BUNGIE TO GET RID OF! ! !
-
You don’t need it, we all saw this coming. Just be happy the actual stuff that matters is staying. You don’t need to pay for it either you can just pout and uninstall and play something else.
-
relax man. it’s been there forever. only reason i ever want to TS, was for spider. & occasionally legend/master lost sector. stop complaining just to complain. it’s exhausting to see constantly especially over nothing.

6 AntwortenYou know… I actually sympathize with a lot of these posts. I mean it sucks, right? Buying a game and then having pieces of it chipped away? Granted those pieces were well worn territory that I won’t really miss (except Titan. I just really liked Titan). Two things though: 1) this is Bungie. You should know them by now. Regardless of whether it’s a good reason or a bad reason, they’re going to do some stuff we don’t like. They’ve done it since day one. So hope for the best, but expect the worst. And 2)… and this is a big one… no one made you buy anything. This is a video game. It’s not real. There were no promises made that you’d have it the way you wanted it forever. The opposite in fact, Bungie promised you they would do whatever they want with it, including add or remove content at their leisure. I’m not knocking your complaint, I’d hate it too if something I cared about was taken away, but if your argument isn’t made with all the facts taken into account, it’s going to fall apart.
