So not me, but a buddy of mine bought the Digital Deluxe Edition of Beyond Light that came with the sparrow, ghost, emote, etc. and the content on Steam. He was playing a steam based account when he purchased it, however decided to pull over his D2 file from Ps4 using cross-save. He had more stuff on his PS4 account, so he linked it over to play on Steam, which if I'm not mistaken, since the content was purchased on Steam should still work for him. However, he only receives the content in partial. He gets the season pass, the stasis stuff, all the little things(emote, etc.) but NO Presage quest. It tells him he's missing the content. I have a cross-save from PS4 as well and everything I've purchased on Steam, allows me to use it on steam, where we are currently playing. Why can I use it and do the quest but he cannot? He's tried reinstalling but its bugged out for him. Anyone run into any similar issues? He's also tried submitting two tickets but Bungie says they don't have enough information to help him.
