I'll never understand why people take K/Ds that high seriously with the way this game actually works. But then again its just like a lot of other things people do in PvP to appear better at it than they are. There's this one person whose stats I come across often when I'm looking at stats who just quits out of every single match when it starts to get to where his K/D might drop and this person has been playing the game like this for years. The second something goes wrong he quits. Every single time.
I'm not saying something should happen to people like that, especially given how meaningless the stats are in this game in the first place, but its just the fact of what some people will do to have a K/D that high. Its actually quite funny the ways you will see some people play this game. But as far as the comparing a 4 K/D to something like mine any time someone has the nerve to brag about a 4 or higher K/D I just tell them that we play two different games and unfortunately its in the same lobby.

I’m working on now and trace rifle kills for deadeye triumph because in the whole life of D2, I hadn’t had any kills with those baring 32 kills on a game of laser tag. Right now I’ve paired a bow with a shotgun (another weapon I don’t use in PvP) and I’m quite happy when I drop a 2+ efficiency game with them. Plenty of bad games too because well, I am the bad with them. And play solo mainly. When I get those 2+ games I’m all like check it out! And top player! 🥳 Time to retire! Then get called a cheese hunter with a bow at range grabbing kills that hen jump everywhere when someone gets close and shotguns them in the face. 🤷🏼♂️ I gots to do what I need to do to get those bow kills. Not my fault I somehow outplayed them that game. I’m usually getting farmed 😆

Matches that end with people that have high K/Ds aren't really the problem, what I was more talking about was peoples' lifetime stats. And with some of them the kind of matchmaking that gets them compared to other players.

Yeah, seen some people who’s solo stats are 1/4 of what their stats are when they play with their fireteam. Seen some people who solo play comp and control and have a 43% win score with a .9k/d but with their 2 friends in Trials they have over a 3 k/d and hundreds of flawless and long win streaks. Still don’t know how they can be so bad solo playing. Most great players I know are great without anyone... Man those players throw off matchmaking
