Trials - What a letdown
Everyone was excited to play solo queue because we all thought it was FREELANCE. It's just made matching with blueberries easier and made the lighthouse less accessible than before. Did u really think that's what normal players wanted?
Complete letdown.
Waiting for the "ahh get good", comments. Suck a -blam!-

Beyond that, we're getting freelance as a test mode later this season to see if it even works. Secondly, what normal players wanted was not going to the lighthouse. Any normal player should know that was unattainable, and would probably be just as unattainable if there was a freelance mode. What normal players wanted was feasible access to the loot, which is here greater than it ever has been before. Farming for a good roll on a shayura's wrath or a messenger has never been easier, and it doesn't even require you to win games. Winning individual rounds is enough. Thirdly, tf you mean it's made the lighthouse less accessible? Today one of my clanmates, who had never made it before, got up to the lighthouse by solo queueing. It's more accessible than it's ever been. This is a huge improvement to the mode, and certainly no kind of let down unless the only thing capable of pleasing you is trials freelance.

I agree. It is very easy to manipulate the matchmaking as a 3-stack. Just keep backing out of matchmaking until you get 4/6 or 5/6. Same bullshit as with Old Comp. We asked for FreeLance. 3 stacks with Flawless passages are farming solos. Even those with Flawless tickets. They keep matching Solos even with a Flawless pass. It's disgusting. Go watch any of you favorite streamers. They are having a field day. Nothing's changed.

No freelance trials is coming in October they said it when they announced the revamp

Trials is much more rewarding than it was before. If you don't like it, play another game. Trials is a dice roll one way or another. But it's always Trials' fault when most complainers are just possibly not that good. I'm crap in Crucible period and I accept that. But I understand as a solo queuer that Crucible is a dice roll. End of Story. You get players who crap on you or you crap on them. If I do bad, I stop, take a break and don't vent on Bungie forums to cover the fact that I'm... you know... CRAP!

Trials is awesome atm l know a few people who are very average at pvp and made it today to the lighthouse geez stop crying..the change is great

7 AntwortenSorry but it was the most fun I've had in Trials since the very first week Trials opened in D1. Did I go flawless, no. Did I expect to go Flawless, no. As someone who has regularly posted here about how Trials should be vaulted I have to say the recent changes lead to a better overall experience.

Thought that I would give it a go and as a very poor player wasn't expecting too much. You know what though.......I lost all matches with no kills. You see, consistency is a lot more important than skill. Won't be going back there for the next 10 years or so and I'll be dead by then anyway so ballocks. How the Hell do you get kills in this bloody duck shoot.

Do you remember trials of the 9? Do you remember the cluster when Astral horizon dropped on anomaly and the sweats were resetting their cards to farm? While I have no problems bashing trials and saying things suck. You do have to acknowledge how far the game mode has come. I suck at PvP, but to have a realistic chance to get good loot and to not have it be a sweaty cheat fest has been a refreshing experience. The fact that my time is not being wasted if I don't win is nice. This will make this game mode more accessible to more players which makes it more fun for everyone involved. There is some work to be done but at least let all of us enjoy this for a little bit. From my perspective, Bungie did a good job, almost great. All I wanted was a fair shot to win and now I have hope that I can.

Yeh it was a joke, unbalanced weapons and poor matchmaking. I will never try trials again. Buh bye! Seems to be some stupid cheating also...
