Some instances are bugged I think. I loaded one and didn’t find it then went to helm for something then reloaded tower and found it.

Thanks for this post because I was not getting any prompts so nothing was showing up. Went to the small kiosk near the postmaster and looked up quests and there it was.

I went to orbit and then back to the tower and it showed up.

What worked for me is that i marked the mission, and then went to the tower. If it doesnt work, go out of the tower and go back in.

Log out and log back in.
