Let’s face it crucible is trash and there no point playing it unless you’re completing a quest step which bungie forces you to do.

2 AntwortenYet the try tryhards are still in there sweating 8 hours a day....

The fault lies with the hive, the hive is the enemy of the Scots, like the Scots with other Scots ......., the Scots ruined Scotland ......

1 Antwortenlobby balancing is to blame. Scroll down to Lobby balancing act They tried to fix it. Couldn’t and haven’t said anything about it since.

The main factor, at least for me, is its either mercy or be mercied. Combined with the cheating on pc and console and the poor latency to begin with its more of a shit show than it ever has been. I remember a time when 80% or more of the games were close, good matches but that time is long gone ever since they started messing with the sbmm/cbmm ratio.

5 AntwortenThe whole game is super repetitive and boring af right now. I’ve cleared VoG 130 times, got my conqueror last season, everything is artificially hard and way to much of a time commitment. I’m actually only playing pvp even changed my main character loadout to a bunch of the sunset gear and I’m enjoying it a lot more. Feels good to use Austringer and Beloved again. Don’t think I’ll even be buying next season. Going to weather out the mistake that was Beyond Light in the Crucible and hope Witch Queen proves to be better.

I wouldn’t say it’s dead. Player population is definitely down. Must be the reason why I’m facing players who are from Europe while I’m in NY.
-
PVP has been dead to me for quite some time now. Bounties and Quests only. Never for fun!
-
18 AntwortenGood! Let it stay dead. More story. Less PVP. \o/
-
1 AntwortenThe Crucible may be pretty bad right now, but it is certainly not dead.
-
5 AntwortenUnfortunately, without a casual mode that considers skill Destiny pvp wont retain new players. What sport or game retains players that arent having a good time ?
-
10 AntwortenThe whole population of PVP needs to stop playing. Thats the only way they will make changes.
-
3 AntwortenI wouldnt say it's dead but its definitely dying and it's because of being neglected and not receiving new maps or game modes.
-
2 AntwortenI wonder if the whole population is slowly dying. Maybe eventually d2 will be sunsetted? It used to have alot of hype. Now I'm getting a bit bored.
-
13 AntwortenI think it is tolerable as a time passer, not remotely engaging or productive but just easy and mildly fun. I use destiny as a game to unwind on when Im done playing other games that demand 200% of my attention and mechanical ability and need something that uses 20%

17 AntwortenCrucible is dead? The whole game is dead. And on top of the current lack of interest, just wait another 2 weeks when there's no more Solstice, Master VoG challenges are done and people are (mostly) done with gilding Conquerer and farming adept weapons. And then wait until next season when there's no new raid, no new strikes and the Nightfall weapons suck and it gets harder to farm them... lol.
-
There’s no point to playing it for sure. It ain’t that bad. It’s actually a lot better than it’s been excluding some glaringly obvious old stuff Bungie could deal with.
-
7 AntwortenYhea...PvP players completely destroyed this mode by tryharding 24/7 in full stacks I do my weekly bounty for dust then I'm out There's a reason why others game separate these kind of people's from casuals....but if they play against other tryhards they complain it's not "fun" for them....😐

2 AntwortenBungie is incompetent plain and simple
-
-
4 AntwortenSmart people don’t play this games pvp. If they want a pvp fix they go to a different game
-
5 AntwortenIts only dead because there is nothing to do, I personally enjoy pvp. At least until I have to face a team full of grenade launchers. Ill gladly take a team full of shotguns over grenade launchers any day
-
4 AntwortenI never played a single game of trials. Not worth getting literally nothing, and I know the bounty would give me a f tier roll anyway.
-
Destiny’s pvp has a ailment called poor design
-
4 AntwortenNo one listens to the crazy old man holding the end of the world sign. I’ll show my self the door. I’m tired of preaching when no one listens.
-
3 AntwortenThere needs to be a vendor refresh. SSBM needs to return in some capacity. In addition they need more maps with at least one additional game mode. I believe Bungie will do a balance patch with Witch Queens release so I'm not concerned about that.
-
So I suck, at pvp. But I use to play because I enjoyed playing. Now I play 3 games get my pinnacle maybe finish 8 bounties for some brightdust and roll. Once I hit max power I don't even go in.
