First, I have completed Shadow Keep and have completed all "Essence of" quests back in Y3 S1. Going back to the Lectern to pick up the Essences to get the reissued moon weapons, I find half of the quests are locked out with "Can hold only one at a time." messages. In my quests tab though, I do not have any already.
