Solstice Packages Are Completely Useless!
Bungie, how the -blam!- am I supposed to get good stat rolls on the Solstice armor when the Solstice packages (you know, the only way to earn the armor) barely drops it! Seriously, from what I can tell, 70-80% of the time I get blue drops. Whenever I finally do get any Solstice armor to drop, it always has the worst -blam!-ing stat rolls/combos possible.
EDIT: Before someone asks again, yes, I have fully upgraded the armor and unlocked the white glow on all three characters.

did you upgrade all your armor yet? or you spending them before that point? the high stat armor is said to drop after you've MW the last set of purples. Honestly I have better gear already but will never turn down a 65+ stat if one drops.

I still don’t understand how, or why, people tolerate this “event”. It’s the epitome of the Destiny grind. With even worse loot.

6 hrs grind to unlock high stat drops when you could just do a dungeon or 2 and get the same or better.

People are actually playing this hot garbage? D2 isn’t worth playing any more. Maybe when I finally get my hands on a PS5 I’ll return but the amount of errors on console made it unbearable. I tried PC but linking an account is so tedious n a waste of money on content I already purchased.

Opened a bunch and all the armor was 55 stat.

4 AntwortenYou have to complete the solstice armor, in order to unlock the better tier armor drops from the boxes. Then you'll start getting the better rolls.

Opened a bunch earlier looking for high stat armor and the only armor that dropped was class items -________-

solstice packages are there to farm the shotgun. Not to farm armor stat roll.

They do a really good job of filling a slot in my inventory, they’re perfectly suited for that. Oh, and the keys, they do a good job of that as well.

You got solstice armor put of your packages???? I only get a bunch of blues and every 4 or so I get that crappy shotgun. The only Solstice armor I got is for the weekly bounty of opening 7 packages from Eva.
