I love how bungie puts time into everything mainly their eververse shop, through the years I've just sat back and really asked myself wtf is the real value of our ship?!?! Sure we see them in a loading screen, in orbit, and sometimes at the tower but other than that nothing... why don't we have any aerial encounter where the higher tier ships could have better and newer weapons but sacrificed either turning speed or something, or let us fly our own ships from planet to planet so we can actually have a reason for buying that nice ship your showing
