Had a Universal Ornament tutorial pop up on the bottom of my screen, even though I was fully aware of the new system especially since I had already used the system before, and afterwards my arms are not visible. It seems to be with only this specific ornament: couturier arms for my Titan, which is probably because it was the ornament I had on when I finished the tutorial. I have tried logging off and on, and using my other characters. No change. This happened right on the refresh 5/25.
