I personally have had no problems, we have 2 and both have been fine. I have seen others have this problem and many fixes are around. But to keep your warranty I would contact Sony and see what they suggest or even contact where you bought it to see what they advise. The link below is for Sony UK so you may have to change to your country. But I would go with the retailer first.

Tried Sony first but no use just suggested deleting game and reinstalling then when that didn’t work pointed me towards Bungie!!

I would contact the retailer where you bought it from and tell them it is faulty and see what they suggest.
