Prometheus Lens
Hey Bungie,
So you removed the ability to generate ammo for one of my favorite weapons a while back. I can understand that. What I can't understand is how we still don't have an ammo finder mod for any of the trace rifles after all this time? If you're not going to make it, can you please at least undo that last nerf to the Prometheus Lens? I had some fun with it in the Prophecy last night, but finding ammo was a major pain. The landscape was littered with purple, but no green in sight.

1 AntwortenI think Trace Rifles are linked to the Auto Rifle mods, I don't know why I still remember or how I remember it... But it is a thing... I think. Could be wrong completely since I don't use Trace Rifles since I am utter trash on using them unlike you.

6 AntwortenThey should un nerf Ruinous Effigy and give Wavesplitter a catalyst that buffs it by allowing collection of orb of light that's stackable for damage output. If not that than something.

Does not mean if you have a weapon with special ammo equipped and without ammo finder for this weapon you will not get any special ammo brick. You will get some special ammo bricks with a normal drop rate.

They clearly haven't tested or though it through because trace rifles are technically auto rifles but auto rifles use primary ammo. Genius design.

5 AntwortenAs far as I know use auto rifle finder and you will find more, almost if not all auto rifle mods apply to trace rifles, its been that way since d1 year 1.

7 Antworteniirc auto rifle mods also affect trace rifles, i.e. auto rifle reload also increases reload for tracies

3 AntwortenAt least PL does return ammo which ColdHeart does not And the only way to get ammo are to use the primary while the 2nd are equipped. I managed to get decent amount of ammo for both PL and CH that way, it's not optimal but still. Works!

3 AntwortenAgree. Trace rifles need their own mods or at least work with Auto Rifle mods since they function essentially the same.
