Why are there mods for every weapon type (except trace rifle) for ammo finder and scavenger?
I have to waste time on mods every time i play something else just because you guys removed primary/energy/heavy mods to replace them with a system per weapon. That system is adding nothing but time wasted and not in game....
Also stop putting the mods for champions on the armor. I unlocked the artifact.... they should be active all the time for what i unlocked on the weapon types. That way players don’t have to go back to orbit because someone did not change to the correct mod for the champions in their activity.
Really try to make the game user friendly, not the clickfest it is now. Deleting blues, legendary armor below powerlevel, shaders, changing mods and changing ghosts. They really are starting to take as much time as the game itself, well feels like it anyway...

Honestly I feel like if you could just favorite mods that would make a huge difference, keep your most used mods in their own section.

Agree . Destiny it's for the players as Sony say . 😁

9 AntwortenReally isn't a big deal. Is there nothing you people won't cry about.
-
2 Antworten100% agree with everything you said. Very annoying to constantly switch, forget, return to orbit....
-
4 AntwortenYup, this wannabe "AAA franchise" doesn't even offer a load out save system. It's embarrassing.
-
4 AntwortenEverything in this game is designed to slow you down and drag the game out longer. Think of how much time you have to go to postmaster because your inventory is full then spend time scrapping blues. Or endless grinds to try and get that raid weapon with a 0.1% rng chance Games not enjoyable anymore

Bearbeitet von TheShadow: 4/4/2021 5:08:09 PMYeah, it would be nice to use what I want to use, having that freedom of choice to play how I want to play as I did in D1, and not how the company wants me to play in D2. (Players choice should always be an option,) not the company constantly looking for ways to remove options from the players as they literally have been doing for over a year now. The mod system is garbage compared to how things worked playing D1, even before the Artifact was implanted and (since Forsaken they have literally been downsizing everything in this game.) Remember when exotic gear dropped with extra perks? it's funny how none of them do now, or weapons that had a few extra perks were made sure to be sunsetted that you are now forced to use mods more often than not. The Artifact in D1 was created to improve the player's experience, in D2 it's was created to control the player choice each season. Running things like when VoG releases in D2 is going to suck hard-core being told what to use by Bungie that its pure BS. Yeah, the Artifact has done nothing to improve this game at all. It only (removed the player's choice) that it seems to be the only thing this company is good at. Get rid of the stupid mod system and go back to where the players actually had a choice.

2 AntwortenYes this game needs loadouts. It needs at least 6. Not sure why it doesn't have loadouts yet. The amount of mods in the game is a bit ridiculous right now without any way of saving a loadout. I hope this is a priority.
-
It’s easier for them to make you do all that instead of actually putting in useable content.

Bearbeitet von Sohelanthropus: 4/6/2021 11:33:29 AMAgree in a way, to me just having to trade Impact Induction to Champ mods on Gauntlets pisses me off Has more to do with Champions in general tho D1 had a great armor mod system, I understand that system is old amd the one we have now is more modern and allows for more customization but sometimes simpler is best

6 AntwortenI swear, you people get lazier every day. Have a set for PvE and PvP that both only need to have 1 or 2 mods changed to fit any given situation. It's not that hard 🤦
-
1 AntwortenI agree with the Artifact portion of your post, however you get used to the limitations and restrictions. No different in any other game. Choices must be made. I just personally feel this game forces specific choices instead of celebrating its awesome diversity of gear.

100% agree and 1 of the 5 Main reason I got sick of the game unfortunately.
-
Also stop putting the mods for champions on the armor. I unlocked the artifact.... they should be active all the time for what i unlocked on the weapon types.
This 1000%. I agree with everything else but this is the most annoying part for me when it comes to new seasons.

Imo there nothing wrong with it currently, My one suggestion is a loadout system in game. That’s said, You can have multiple sets of armor you know. Each of my characters have a dedicated PvP set and PvE set which I rarely change these. My Warlock (My main) was multiple PvE sets depending on the exotic I use and even two PvP sets. Most of the time is completely unnecessary to use mods (Except anti champion) especially in PvE.

31 AntwortenThe game is user friendly. If you think Destiny’s mod system is complicated, avoid Outriders, and for Heaven’s Sake never play Warframe. What is happening is the constant tension in the Destiny community between those who want this game to play like an action-rpg, and those who just want to play it as a shooter. If you optimum performance, then you are going to have to switch around your build. That’s how action-RPGs work.

Have a extra armour set mate. Helps out a lot.
-
what really chaps me is that we have to pay glimmer every single time we swap out a mod. loadouts are needed.
-
I wish they'd just add a gear manager in the app where you can save armour sets with mods.
-
2 AntwortenLiterally all those things take like half a nano second to do.
obviously an exaggeration
-
4 AntwortenSimple solution. Masterwork another piece of armor that you like until you have another set. Make sets for different activities (Gambit, Strikes, Crucible, Trials, Grandmaster, Raids). It's really not that difficult. And now that sunsetting is gone, you won't have to worry about armor going away.
-
Yes it’s getting tedious changing the mods for every activity, costing too much glimmer and most of the people I play with can’t even wait two seconds for me to do it. I really hope Bungie implements a more realistic system.
-
Yeah it would be nice. Make a couple loadouts at the beginning of the week for gms and leave it
-
The armor mods aren’t a big deal. But the champion mods taking up armor slots definitely needs to be changed.
-
Agreed. Ran out of money since the stupid mod mechanics have been added
