As of December 1st, Blizzard, the company that you paid to access the licenses they owned, removed access to those licenses and revoked Bungie's access to their systems for that. Your license access has ended; if you wish to try to recoup any losses you feel you've incurred by not being able to Migrate when given more than a year to do so, you'll need to contact Blizzard concerning your purchase. You did not purchase your Blizzard license access from Bungie; you purchased it from Blizzard. Bungie will not give you a free copy of any DLC you claim to own; Bungie can no longer confirm your ownership of any DLC you claim to have owned. Bungie cannot help you recover your funds from Blizzard
