After 61 clears, Eyes of Tomorrow still not dropping
Title says it all. Not all of my runs were loot runs, but at least 40 of them were. What is the drop rate base and increase each chance? At what point does the chance increase to statistical guarantee the stupid RL will drop.
RNG for a title is dumb.

They have not mentioned the drop rate or the increase per week. They just said they fixed it. So it's not total RNG for the seal, just got to put the time in.
