it began about 2 months ago when out of nowhere I received a PVP ban for apparently having unstable internet. my internet is always on a full bar in-game and my actual ping sits around 11 so this clearly isn't the issue. despite this clearly unjust ban that I received I decided to wait it out. then 2 days after my 2-week ban had completed I was banned again for the same thing. despite me having perfectly fine internet and haven't even been playing PVP because I was previously banned the 2 weeks before. I am now about halfway through my 2-month crucible ban and just need answers.
Clearly, this ban is not justified and I would at least like a response/ evidence of this "unstable internet connection" on my 11 ping and this ban to be removed; and to not receive a ban for the same unjust issue in the future.

11 ping means nothing. We don’t know your download or upload if you have packetloss or any network controllers on your system or network

I mean it's your thing if you keep playing without improving your connection after getting banned for a bad connection.

5 AntwortenThose are restrictions, and the fact you got two, almost back to back, means that your connection is rather poor. Or you are lagswitching.
