Combat style mods are super important for high-end PvE activities, and locking them behing an RNG timegate is absolutely rediculous. There are so many players out there which are constantly shown new builds which people are having tons of fun with, and then being told "Sorry, you can't use it, you didn't get the mod because you missed S10." Put them in the exotic kiosk, put them in Banshee rank-up packages, i don't care what you do, as long as we quit having these endgame pieces of kit locked behind an RNG timegate. Checking your phone at reset every day to see if you'll be able to use the build that everyone else is using is not gameplay.
