Nerf Arbalest!
The gun is broken AF. It should not be so easy to use, where you simply point charge shoot and get an immediate headshot in crucible. The gun is so broken that in trials, people will literally switch to it to come back and win the game. The gun should not dominate over snipers where your only option is either to conform to the brokeness, or out gun other players using Arbalest. we've literally been complaining about this for over 3 seasons and you are barely "monitoring" the gun. This is ridiculous.

Bearbeitet von ninjalou: 2/21/2021 11:08:07 PMI think its funny how people hate anything that can challenge the meta in any way. and by meta, i mean everyone's favorite weapons literally since day 1 destiny in hand cannons, shotguns, and snipers... you are 100% going to see those weapons in every single match in destiny. snipers are better than arbalest in damn near every way. the only thing arbalest has on snipers is the zoom. However, any skilled sniper pretty much shits on an arbalest user almost every time. I still like using arbalest, but i also know that it is at a disadvantage against snipers every time. I feel like people should start focusing on what they need to improve (i.e. get better with a sniper so you won't get destroyed by arbalest users or learn how to counter arbalest) rather than demanding changes every second of every day so that a weapon used by 1.75% of the player base in competitive modes won't annoy them.

So here's this, Arbalest is the only special linear fusion rifle much like Fighting Lion is the only Exotic Primary Grenade Launcher that uses white brick ammo. They both should be hard to use given that they are a one of a kind. Arbalest is so easy to use that it outranks most Heavy Fusion Rifles, which should not be the case because you don't get heavy that much in PvP heavies should be easier to use grant it that they dont over populate the gameplay in PvP.

Or, they could just make all linear fusions Specials and primaries. Give people more options.

They talked about nerfing it. Dunno where that nerf is yet. Never understood why these changes take so long. All it needs a significant aim assist cone reduction. The bullet magnetism is insane.

5 Antwortencarry on asking for nerfs and more people will leave for games like Skyrim where they can mod it to their heart's content the player base is already dipping due to sunsetting and another annoyances like nerfing every decent weapon for PVP balanced insanity that makes them useless in PVE and games supposed to be getting awesome weapons and acting like gods not puny and weak look what happened when coca-cola did it in the '80s with new coke it did not end well almost ended them until they reversed sunsetting the brand in other words sunsetting and nerfing things in general, can be bad for growth and business

Arbalest is the MAIN REASON I play Titan, the class with the shoot through barricade (using citans ramparts), for two reasons... I can pop a shield and shoot first or team shoot the cheesey little knob using it, OR they waste a shot or two breaking my shield which I get back in about 15-20 secs..

Most games of Trials has been plagued with it, such a broken gun.

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von Ferus Lux: 2/15/2021 5:06:48 AMArbalest doesn't bother me anymore because I bait out their shots and then punish them with something like NTTE or advance with a Fusion Rifle once they're out of ammo. My personal issue with Arbalest is how effective it is at shutting down roaming supers. It's literally just point, aim and poof. Gone. Dealt with. Every roaming super is generally gonna be running/floating right at you so its insanely easy.
