Now I have a badass scar on the back of my hand that looks I got in a fight with an ogre.
I casually swore as the 700 degree iron scorched my skin. Be careful when you solder.
My current project is building a super strong flywheel nerf gun, and I was soldering a circuit board for the 5 round burst.

1 AntwortenI feel yer pain mate..Ouch. I once upset a bolt from the die and removed some of the flash with my finger.. Not realising my gloves were still by the induction heater :( The billet was heated up to 1800 so it was probably around a 1000 when I touched it afterwards.

1 AntwortenWhen I was younger and stupider, I tried welding a joint while wearing sandles. A piece of hot slag fell between my toes and got trapped under my feet. Needless to say, I don't do that anymore.
