This is Crazy 30FPS with freezes and frame drops to 0 on EDZ behind the church. 1080p Freesync on and off. All settings set to low. No AA. This was a fresh install of windows 10 and a Radeon Vega 56 Drivers. Just signed up for Steam. So everything is a fresh install. Its actually more playable on my xbox 1. That doesn't make any sense. Thankfully this was free to play and I didn't buy beyond light for PC yet. Guess I will stick with my 4 year old xbox 1.
