As you reach the top of the stairs, you hear someone yell, "What's going on down there?"
-
*Xyun doesn’t respond and instead goes into her snake form.*
-
You hear a series of beeps, and then another robed figure appears. In his hand is an axe.
-
*Xyun looks at them.*
-
"Ah. So [i]you're[/i] the one responsible for all this commotion, hm?"
-
*Xyun flicks her tongue and does nothing else.*
-
"Speak." The follower brandishes their axe.
-
*Xyun just looks at them before going back to her normal form and pulling out a soul.*
-
The follower's eyes widen.
-

"What the [i]hell[/i]?"
-
*Xyun tries to push him off the stairs.*
-
"Gah!" He falls off, but manages to grab the lower platform. He starts attempting to hoist himself back up onto the platform.
-
*Xyun goes and tries to help them up.*
-
A burst of energy knocks you back. "I do not need your help." The follower charges at you, swinging his axe.

*Xyun runs up the stairs, intent on finding Rogue.*

*Xyun throws a needle at the follower.*

The follower somehow blocks it. They charge at the source of the voice.

*Xyun charges after them.*
-
The follower is in the midst of a battle with Rogue.
-
*Xyun decides to throw a soul at them.* | (Souls tend to behave like grenades.)
-
The soul explodes, throwing the follower onto Rogue and knocking him over. There's an audible gunshot, and the follower goes limp.
-
*Xyun does nothing.*
-
Rogue shoves the follower's body off of him and down the mountain. He gets to his feet and holsters his sidearm, looking around.
