Your latest update has turned destiny 2 into what is essentially a virus that has completely corrupted my PS4 hard drive and I've spent hours trying all options for fixing it but nothing works. Everything was working completely fine until the new update. Now I have to send it in for repair, so I'm just wondering which department I need to send the repair invoice to so that I may be reimbursed for this problem which was caused by your game. Thanks.
Update: I think I fixed it. Just manually reinstalled the firmware with a flash drive in safe mode and so far so good. Lol sorry Bungie 😬

1 AntwortenHello there! the hardware disfunction may be caused by many factors, from lack of environmental manutention to workshop defects, as Destiny 2 was programmed to fit ps4 graphic card. here is a site which has accurate info for damaged consoles: https://gamer-tech.co.uk/blog/ps4-faulty-here-we-discuss-the-common-faults-that-we-fix--n33

3 AntwortenOne would assume their accounting or customer service department. However, since this is not a widespread issue & seems to only affect you, it would appear to be a faulty hardware with your machine.

Your can send that invoice straight to the trash. But really unless a lot more reports from PS owners come out its going to come down to your console being a 1 off issue.
