Gambit is so STUPID now!
Great job Bungie!
Removing Gambit Prime to make normal Gambit even dumber, was a smart move!
There is no fun in playing gambit now!
No comebacks, since once the primeaval is spawned it's an easy melt!
I absolutely loved Gambit Prime!
Comebacking from a 50 mote handicap was fun!
Now it's ruined! I only played gambit for the quests, nothing more!

It should be about who sommons it first though. Comebacks were dumb. That is like saying the losing crucible team always respawns with power ammo.

It was always stupid. It's a shorter, more intense headache now, as opposed to a longer, less intense headache. Both are bad, and once I hit 1260 gear score, I won't step foot in it the rest of the season. Don't even care to get the Adored ornament. The Crucible one IMO is the better one, at least that's the one that takes the most skill out of three.

Can't wait to not play this week finally. Pinnacles pretty much done. Maybe I'll do 8 bounties on my hunter to finish that armor set while paying zero attention to trying to win. Oh but it is very fun killing invader trash with EOT.

Gambit was a good idea that was never a good fit for random matchmaking. They didn’t ruin anything. The game was always a miserable experience when being played with people who don’t know what they are doing or refuse to play to the objectives. The game never drew enough engagement to warrant two seperate playlists. So combining them into one was a better move than removing it from the game. Which was Bungie other option.

I have a feeling Gambit is going to go away in the future. Gambit prime and reckoning wasn't successful. Gambit was reduced to single round with no new loot to get.

I prefer the 3 round gambit at the end of last season. But I agree this version sucks.

1 AntwortenI agree. I thought Gambit prime was a lot of fun. This new version is total crap and only receives praise from those who don’t want to play it in the first place. I don’t like strikes, maybe Bungie could make them about 2 minutes long so I can get the over with faster.
