It is a rare chance so it can take up to 10 runs before you get it. You are also not guaranteed to get that exotic, it can be any arms.

Might be bugged because they changed it after reset. Also I want to say that my comment above was in regards to yesterday when it was the 1250 version, 10 runs on that is on normal. 10 runs on 1280 is not.
