Right but the issue im reporting is not only did mine and my wifes games got wiped but our character an what we were holding. Everything was gone. Along with any record of even paying for the game. Ive gone negative in my bank buy the game on release. I just want my thorn revolver back without the back breaking work. If game pass didnt add destiny and the dlc i never would have come back. all im feeling why did i waste money for you guys to wipe most of my stuff. Can you help or not, again i just want my thorn back

There is no restoration of gear.

You guys couldnt grant me a ascendant shard. Thats how close i am to getting it back. An either way got bank statement s that show i went negative almost everytime you came out with dlc forsaken was when we quit because of are gear disapearing as well as all other evidence of buying it to. You should look into it. We were probaly not the only ones

Like the previous poster explained, you couldn't possibly have had thorn in D2. You quit playing before the thorn quest was introduced in D2. What you claim is missing is likely due to confusing what you had in D1 with what you had in D2.

It was there. I had it. But when forsaken popped it disapeared from my collection. But i can see nobody wants to address the issue. So ill just refrain from putting any more money into the game as my stuff will just get wiped when the next thing comes out. Very disapointing. Thx for at least answering

Thorn was not added until after Fotsaken released, so it's impossible for Forsaken to have made Thorn disappear from your account, as you could not have had it at that point.

No you didn't. You could not have had thorn when Forsaken was released. It wasn't in D2 at that time. You are mistaken.

You stopped playing in November, 2017, and started up again in September of this year. Thorn was not added to D2 until 2019, so it's not possible for you to have had it in D2. As Grammsay said above, none of your D1 gear carried over to D2.

Yes, there is a mix-up. You are complaining about a missing weapon that you claimed you earned and was removed when Forsaken was released. Thorn was not introduced until well after the release of Forsaken. So, it is impossible for you to have earned it.
