Constant Anteaters
ever since a few days before beyond light came out I've been getting anteater errors every 15 - 20 mins.
it doesn't usually orbit me, just a black screen with the error at the bottom for a few seconds and then reloads me into the instance with no ammo. My internet doesn't drop at all during this and I'm not having this issue with any other games or services. I don't lag at all either, the game is running fine and then a black screen. I just had my isp come out to replace my modem/router with a new one and the same issue is still occurring. I only use wired connection, and have no firewall on. I've been playing since beta and never had any issues with disconnecting before. Any ideas on what might be causing this would be appreciated.

These errors started happening more frequently right before release of season of the chosen. Bungie’s canned response is its on your end... no issues before and Im a semi hardcore player. Gigabit ethernet, sometimes 0 devices on the network and still get these errors primarily in Crucible. Running a Series X. This can’t all just be “client side” considering the frequency

I have the same issue but a few differences. When im in crucible I will go some games completely without this error code, but for most games I will get the black loading screen with the error code and then around 30 seconds to a minute later I will be put back into the game and very shortly after be kicked from the game again with another anteater error code. In PvE activities I will get the anteater error code and have the same black screen and reconnect without ammo and in most cases i don't get a second anteater and i can continue playing. Like your situation my internet does not drop and I can still hear everyone in my discord call perfectly fine.

You are not alone. I have been experiencing this myself since 2 or 3 days before the servers went down for the expansion. I am mainly a pve player but have been grinding survival for the gear since the release and im getting comp punishments now for leaving because this issue is affecting me.
