There seems to be an issue where some Gambit bounties will never or sometimes track progress. I've won 1 gambit game today so of course we had to summon a primeval and yet the daily bounty show above has tracked zero progress. Other bounties that havnt tracked progress are Melee Gamble (25 melee kills), Blockade (send one of each blocker to the enemy side), and Envoy While It Lasts (kill 2 envoys). The envoy bounty is one that seemed to partially track as it has counted 1 envoy death but apparently none of the other envoy kills counted.
