Beyond Light Pre-Order & Deluxe edition Items
Hi there,
I pre-ordered the standard version and didn't receive anything for it.
I also recently bought the deluxe edition upgrade after completing the intro mission, which also didn't do anything.
I've waited in orbit for 20 mins, nothing. Tried restarting the game & requeuing, nothing.

20 AntwortenHi there, Thanks for reaching out. This issue should now be resolved, and players are encouraged to log out of Destiny 2 and back in to see if their Digital Deluxe Edition content become available.

1 AntwortenI bought the standard edition + season pass got everything except the weapons pack. I re-read what you get and it states with standard edition + season you get weapons pack.

Same issue here, paid for it back in September and when i load it up on my series x I have everything downloaded from the digital deluxe but all I can do is play the dlc, little help here bungie?

Same issue but on Xbox, I have the Pulse, the Ghost Shell, the Emote, the Sparrow, the emblem. No season pass. Please help, I wanna try out that sick new shotgun

Also having this issue the day after - have everything installed and good to go, but nothing is available I received the e ghost sparrow emblem on preorder but since release have had nothing else.

I've been waiting all day nothing no season pass I'm pissed off u pay 65 bucks n can't aquire the things u paid for

I just read this as I chose to requeue. I regret this. I feel so disappointed. This isn't a pre order when you can't even participate in the content you purchase as it requires you to buy it again.

I also ordered the deluxe edition and just got the emote and emblem and ghost I re downloaded it and waited nothings happened. I also got closed the game and restarted multiple times . Hope to hear more thanks in advance for taking you time to answer.
