Sorry, not trying to sound think headed. I hadn't checked to see if it showed as already unlocked. I looked at Rahool where it was supposed to be and didn't find it. I'm pulling up my collections right now to see if I find it.

I shouldn't be. It just loaded to my husband's account.

We have two systems and pre-ordered two deluxe versions. I don't know why my phone switched to his account. I was able to locate the rewards in my collections.

Then that’s a different account. You were on mom_of_destiny...now on paladin_of_fate.

I figured out why it switched. I was logged into his account online and mine on the app. I was able to log into my collections and find the rewards so there is no issue. He was able to claim his rewards last night, so he is all good too. Thank you for your help!
