I've heard conflicting reports. Is Offtopic a city, or island? Because with what most people say, it's a city. And such a big one, the people (at least 15 million in downtown Offtopic reportedly) wouldn't even fit in Lee's Map, which is what I'm going on. Can maybe someone with more credibility, and popularity in the RP scene set stuff straight? It's getting confusing for me, and I need a fixed thing lol. Plus it would help new RP'ers to know what Offtopic actually is EXACTLY, not conflicting reports.

4 AntwortenGeneral consensus is there is a capitol city where everything happens. The president’s office is here, we’ve got a sheriffs department and a few military organizations. Maybe even a grand army but I don’t know what happened to that. This is one of the reasons I dislike Lee’s map. The art is awesome for sure, but as someone who doesn’t rp very much his take on the current evolving world is a little outdated. I’ve started my own map before but got bogged down by the number of things I’d have to include.

4 AntwortenI’ve always seen offtopic used as a name for lot of different things. It’s a city (I actually call the city Offtopic Capital City) A country Occasionally a planet And sometimes a universe (depending if the multiverse is involved)

It’s everything and nothing at the same time

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von Unseelie Nil: 9/13/2020 9:08:18 PMThere is always a city, everything around it seems to change. Which is why I like the idea that it either moves or exists in multiple places and times at once, like a sort of multiversal hub.
