I love when I’m running forward while being shot and the flinch is pulling me backwards. Along with the screen shaking and shit to where I can’t even see. Makes a lot of sense

For instance every weapon in dreaming city is technically part of the last wish set so its needs to be usable, as with all the gear tied to destinations not going away. Failing to do so is going to make these locations ghost towns with nothing other than bounties taking us to them.

1 AntwortenBungie I'm sure stated that Beyond Light is a sort of soft launch of Destiny 3. So what they are doing makes sense to me. They are following the same pattern as when D2 launched, leave everything behind, little new content. Slowly build the game back up (pulling D1 and D2 vaulted assets) over the next few years.

I do understand the level of coding it takes to do this, and I understand you don't have a big company backer. With that said. You guys are really really pushing your fan base off a cliff. I'm definitely an investor who spends money. I enjoy the game, but after reviewing this post. I'm very concerned that you guys are taking way more than giving back. This is in my opinion a terrible move. You haven't fixed a lot of issues. Especially trials. This move, bungie, is a make or break. I urge you to listen to the people that do spend money and have a big input in you do. The idea that catalyst are being lost, not everyone has time to get raids done and find time to get hope you get a random drop. If you're going to vault these things. Allow us to get a guaranteed drop so we can all enjoy it. You did that for the the emotes. Allow that as well. Also I highly highly doubt you guys are giving us much in return on this dlc. I feel completely ripped off. As a hardcore player. I think this direction is a terrible one. I get the coding and the high amount of space. But one thing I did like about the game is there was sooo much to do and see. I feel that you guys are cutting corners and being very cheap with us for profit. And we're getting a barebone game in return. I want to be Optimistic about this but I think this is where plenty of us are going to walk away and never come back. I hope you read all of the concerns and make a better decision. Taking away more than half and expecting us to be OK with losing or jot being able to get the gear you're taking away isn't ok. It's actually taking away the time and investment we did in the game. Sorry if my thread is a little messy but after reading this. I think you guys, honestly. Are messing it up. I don't think you guys are heading the right direction and alienated your core base. Again trying to be optimistic but I have very strong feeling you guys are going to rip us off.

So, for instance, you could use the Necrosis ornament from Recluse on any 900rpm submachine gun, you could use King in All Directions on any 72rpm sniper etc. In my opinion, all ornaments should work this way (excluding exotics, of course). This would allow players to feel more comfortable purchasing ornaments, and would allow us to have our weapons look the way we want and would allow for more customizability for each person. As much as I love my Death Adder, the reticle for Recluse is more ideal for me. There are always people who enjoy the design of a weapon, so allowing universal archetype ornaments (hell, even just allowing us to transmog one SMG to another without having ornaments for it) would be a welcome change. People love using Pillager, Exit Strategy, and many others that have unique skins and appearance, and allowing players to continue to have their weapons look the way they want would be an amazing benefit of the transmog system coming for armor in Year 4. To anyone who read this, thanks for your time and feedback is always appreciated! Edit: I know I only used SMGs and snipers as examples, but you get the gist lol

3 AntwortenInitially the TWAB sounds awful with more content going into the DCV than there is new stuff coming in. On second thoughts though Gambit is trash and I never play it. The crucible modes being removed I never touch. Comp is the only one I play really since the matchmaking changes. As a solo player I don't do raids. So not affected. If the DCV means that a new streamlined Destiny will have the developers actually working to make the core components of the game better then ok.

2 AntwortenAs a D1/D2 player, I want none of the re-issued D1 content, nostalgia means nothing to me, I want new stuff, not rehashed/recycled/re-issued/reskinned content. I don't like my dlc's to be like a water bottle, 90% recycled materials.

Will there be alternative/compensation? - What happens to planetary materials (which are used with spider for example). - What happens to titles? I have done them very slowly on my own pace and now it seems I won’t be able to do them. To be honest, I am super dissapointed and my expectations were not high. There are things lot of ppl have asked for quality improvement here and at reddit, and now all this DCV looks to me that you have to do tons of development for all this stuff (no one asked for), which is also away from new development and make things look very shallow. As I hate sunsetting especially for armour, I can’t say nothing positive about these changes, from what I feel. I sure do hope my concerns are invalid. But doesn’t look promising..

Horizon Zero dawn, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, new Batman Game, Suicide Squad game, Lord of The Rings MMO, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.. You guys better have something really good planned with Beyond Light, The Witch Queen(LOTR reference?), and Lightfall, if you want to pull us away from any of these games.
