I tried to sync my xbox account to steam and lost my xbox account, what do I do to get it back
I have hours and hours of gameplay on my xbox account and now I can't access it because I tried to bring my account over to steam

5 AntwortenYou seem to have set up Cross Save backwards by choosing Steam as the Active Account instead of Xbox where your characters are. If you wish to request that Bungie switch your Active Account, head over to this article and fill out the contact form at the bottom. [b]Do not disable Cross Save in the meantime![/b] https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099 Please note that Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time.
