So I’m a D1 player, and I enjoyed every aspect of Destiny so far. Not saying they don’t have their ups and downs but overall I’ve enjoyed it. One thing I enjoyed was the factions; Dead Orbit, New Monarchy, and Future War Cult. This made an extra layer of activities to do/work towards. I am wondering if they are even going to play a role ever again. As a New Monarchy member, and as a Guardian of the Last City, I find it important to show off my legion to others. I’m not saying bring it back for an event like Iron Banner, but bringing it back as another vendor like D1. I find this, and know many others who can agree, that these factions were quite nice and enjoyable to grind out. Maybe even make a faction PvP arena, 3 team battle, for these specific factions just to add something new. I’m brainstorming off the top of my head but I think that could be interesting. If anyone has any ideas or what not, please feel free to comment on this. But I feel like the faction groups are just forgotten at this point and it’s very sad due to some of the lore aspects to them.
