1. Zero neutral game whatsoever.
2. Has Phoenix dive on a tree that doesn't promote in air play like top tree dawn does. (I suggest swapping it)
3. It's decent in super for pve sure but that's like 5% of game play (at best).
Melee sucks.
Phoenix dive suits top tree Dawnblade better and isn't justified to be on bottom tree Dawn.
She needs a rework people, no doubt about it.

4 AntwortenJust wait until the stasis subclass comes around. We will all be overpowered. Especially due to teh fact that we will be freezing opponents in crucible
-
Change the melee to us impaling the sword causing an AoE explosion around us, give it reworked Viking funeral (stacking debuff) and move phoenix dive to top tree.
-
2 AntwortenRegardless of whether or not it sucks, the fact that it's boring doesnt help. I can use a crap subclass and still have fun using it but that tree does almost literally nothing interesting.
-
5 AntwortenScatter nades suck big time, there needs to be some sort of a buff to them

3 AntwortenBearbeitet von Interpol89: 8/6/2020 6:03:00 AMIt seems like they made every skill tree bad/unusable, except for top tree Dawnblade. Sure, a great player can make any tree work, but you’re just better off playing as a hunter in PVP. The movement alone is a huge advantage and they have several trees that aren’t garbage.

28 Antworten
It's decent in super for pve sure
PVE? Bottom Tree Dawnblade is one of the best PVP Supers in the game. Maybe just stop being a bad Warlock.
-
A lot of circle jerking Hunter mains groaning below about some one daring to believe that another class that they don't play should be buffed because the only viable class should be Hunters for 3 years I guess.
-
1 AntwortenBongo should just give us the Dive attack from the super as an alternate melee like Shoulder charge. Kills restore health and grant class ability energy.
-
1 AntwortenIf you mainly play PVP, you aren't going to see bottom tree Dawnblade. ...and if you play end-game PVE, you won't see it because every Solar Warlock is going to be running Well of Radiance or else risk getting booted from the fireteam. But you'll see a LOT of bottom tree Dawnblade among solo players and in open world PVE play. Its neutral game is adequate. Add solar grenades and Sunbracers...and you have one of the more powerful PVE "skill builds" in the game. Plus the abiliy to hang in the air is useful to escape from difficult situation when you're looking at being overrun by tons of trash mobs.
-
The only reason to use bottom tree is if you want a consistent 1hk with the super. Use top tree for everything else because the super on that tree is iffy as best.
-
You’re just wrong, literally flat out lying bro
-
Give it the burny grenades.

Bearbeitet von Pxmastaz: 8/7/2020 9:48:35 AMBefore the top-tree rework, it was the opposite. Bungie can't rework or modify something without fu**ing something else in the game that's all. My personnal advice is just stop giving money to this greedy incompetent company.

1 AntwortenI love bottom tree dawnblade! I think it wrecks in PvP. Friends do ask me why I don't use top tree but I honestly find bottom tree to be better. :)
-
Every Warlock class aside from top tree storm and top tree dawn needs a buff for PVP
-
I just want to say it's not just a decent super in PvE, it's amazing in PvE. Blah blah "5% of gameplay" ye but I just want to day its super is amazing.
-
Use it all the time. Fine with me if they want to buff it 👍🏼

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von Doctor_Roidberg: 8/6/2020 4:25:47 PMPhoenix Dive needs to be directional like Ballistic Slam. The melee should start health regen on a successful kill. Akin to Cauterize. Or something, anything

2 AntwortenDon't forget that even when the super fully lands, it don't always do full damage. And there's no aoe to help compensate the damage. Oh, also how Warlocks in general just lack having multiple super abilities. We get one attacking action for our supers. And the majority our supers lack mobility. Meanwhile, arc hunters get ground slams, dodging, a short/mid projectile, and lightning fast slash attacks. Their void middle tree is almost similar. Titans get burning maul which has a spin attack and a ground slam that has a heavy tracking high altitude fire wall. The most offensive attacks are actually on bottom tree Dawnblade for having Phoenix Dive. But there's no directional control. It just sends you straight down. Bottom Tree Stormtrance is awful because you only get one Landfall and no ionic blink. The super has very limited mobility. Ionic blink should be innate for both trees. Why can I just spam bottom tree Landfall like how the Arc Titans can spam the FoH ground slam along with the punt kick? And don't even get me started on Nova Warp.

Bearbeitet von Soul_Eater_42: 8/6/2020 5:48:40 PMThey need to move Phoenix Dive to the top tree and combine it with Icarus Dash, then give the bottom tree a perk that allows your abilities (including your Super) to weaken enemies they damage, like Viking Funeral in D1. The flame streaks from Fated for the Flame should have a lasting effect like Voidwall or Thermite Grenades, and Everlasting Fire needs to have an additional effect that extends the duration of your Solar Grenades, and returns Grenade energy on ability kills.

2 AntwortenThat's the one that you can heal by doing a ground bomb, ya? I played around with it a bit awkward skills. Ya just when you need a heal let's expose ourselves with an aerial maneuver that's just bound to get you.... killed.
-
Bottom tree Dawn The entire subclass needs a rework, just like top bottom tether got. To bad Tether is the least consistent super in the game:/
-
Yup, the only thing decent about that whole tree is the super. Sadly not even nova warp has that covered. Whole thing is dog shit.
-
They actually buffed Phoenix dive and its really good at regening health in pvp and pve, much faster that a well
-
Hopefully with the way they talk about the stasix skills seems like it's a bit more fluid. Just rework them all so that we can pick between a few skills.

4 AntwortenLance should be default on vortex nova and shatter should be added to skull to make it more viable.
