People are exploiting iron banner yet again.
Isnt it great when you run into a full team of 1075+ guardians in iron banner?
I mean, its not like its set up to where that isnt allowed or anything.
Totally a fair experience.

edit: It IS an exploitation of a power level glitch that im referring to. That was their power level in the match.

This also happened to me yesterday with several people 1075. I don’t know if it’s intentional but it sucks.

8 AntwortenI don’t think you can intentionally exploit it. It has happened to me once or twice, I’ll randomly just be doing more damage than normal and turns out I’m 1075+ for some reason.

I experienced it before, but the whole lobby was over 1060. I don't know exactly how, but my artifact was enabled when I went in with the festival mask (which is 0 LL), so I don't think everyone who has the glitch is doing it intentionally

I've been in plenty of lobbies where people try that shit and they still end up quitting because they really thought that power level really matters lmao. They still die just as fast, they don't do any significant amounts of extra damage. I wouldn't worry about it too much. You know they won't fix it unless it was somehow insta killing raid bosses or some shit. Those little shits are just wasting glimmer because my jotunn, felwinter, drang, ect still melts them just the same.

Why get upset? There’s nothing worth grinding for in IB except for tokens for the dlc so win or lose you get tokens

Just because you arent smart enough to use every advantage you can get doesnt mean they are wrong in doing so. I sure would love to know why some people are above 1060 light. I run into it every now and then, but I'm pretty sure it is beyond anyone's control. If it was able to be consistently pulled off, a lot more people would be doing it. So I'm pretty sure it's a bug. Could it be repeatable? Potentially. But I had a match where a guy was 1067 one match, and then went back down to about 1052 the match after. That's my experience with that bug.

It's happened to me a couple of times in the last IB and it was always after consulting my Character, not sure it can be exploited manually.

6 AntwortenArtifact lvl is disabled in IB. They can’t be 1075+ at most they can 1060 in IB.

2 AntwortenSome of it may not be on purpose. Last night I was 1078 for 1 match in the middle of a series. I hadn't done anything different or changed any gear, but was appearing 1078 to my teammates. Definitely kicked ass that game :)

3 AntwortenI am pretty sure it's a visual glitch. I'm 1077 and I get PWNED by guardians at 1030. Like it's embarrassing. I'm really bad at PVP though so maybe that's it. but I don't feel any more powerful in Iron Banner.
