Prismatic Recaster Won't Give "Means to an End" Quest
I am told to go to the prismatic recaster to claim the "means to an end" quest in my quest tab, but when I go to get it the recaster doesn't show me the quest. I had the same issue last week and hoped that it would fix itself over the reset.
