iron banner is a joke
whoever made the decision to do away with skill-based matchmaking is an idiot
iron banner is one lopsided match after another and that is supposed to be enjoyable?
i refuse to be fodder for the highly skilled and the cheaters
you have ruined the game for me and many others i'm sure
anyone who does not want to play against people of their own skill level are weak and these are the people you want to cater to? they are not true competitors
i am a hard core player with average skill and this is the only game i play...check my record
i am so disappointed with your recent (and upcoming) changes in the game ... many of my friends have left and i guarantee you will lose many more
i truly hope you can right the ship before you destroy the game completely

Matchmaking is a joke but just as big of an issue is the amount of people playing IB that are frankly awful at PVP. So many guys with around 2-5 kills a match just being a complete drag on their team. You put 2-3 of these guys on one team and it's a guaranteed blowout or mercy. Because Bungie can't seem to figure out matchmaking for their PVP and they put pinnacle rewards in PVP events that draw in the competitive PVP player base you get a very lopsided pool of talent. It's already 50/50 you will have a mismatch then you introduce pre made teams into the mix and your chances of a blowout go even higher.

They just add stuff, take stuff away, nerf stuff, buff stuff, move stuff around. It never seems cohesive or with any sense. Just seems like they are shooting bullets into the ocean trying to hit a bird.

Every iron banner is posts of unfair mercies, lag, stacks etc. Cbmm changed literally none of this. You just want something new to blame.

3 AntwortenMmmm...it's the meta and cbmm...every day guardians are facing teams of trials emblems and summoners. Two to three rushing and then other three providing clean up with ARs. It's not fun. Not for quickplay. And not for solo players. Oh we. Just run. Through the quick quest and bounties and call it a day. The game isnt for us anymore

9 AntwortenTwo things are inevitable if Cbmm continues. #1, people gIT GuUd and it match making becomes a sweat fest again and the people praising this system start complaining again. 2) people quit playing pvp enough that, again, the sweatlords play each other and complain about the state of the game.

2 AntwortenEvery single game runs CBMM find a team and get better. You went nowhere with the SBMM hamster wheel system where you only ever play against same skilled people, that isen't normal! From sports to every other fps game you wont see this bs lag system grow up as a FPS player! Find like minded people form a team and get better naturally and stop the crying!

There's profit in frustrating more experienced, skilled players, while bringing in newer and funneling them into Eververse. They've been successfully doing this for years. Unless you know someone that can either oust the owner, or outright buy Destiny and/or Bungie; then expect more of the same.

2 AntwortenStop crying. Pretty much no other game has or had sbmm. And if they do, they have dedicated servers. So you want to go back to the laggy sbmm we had on p2p connections!? Ffs, you people.... I lost a bunch of matches yesterday. But you know what? There was no lag, there were players worse than me and players better than me. And the experience was way, waaaay better than before! You can actually enjoy pvp again and learn from better players, instead of fighting the same skilled players over and over in a Neverending sweat fest. I don't miss that! Cbmm is fine, get over it and get good. Sorry, git gud scrub. ;)

42 AntwortenSbmm only benefits bad players who do not want to improve. In a sense, you could say that this type of player only exists because of sbmm. Face it, you only played bad players, so you developed bad habits. You can fix those, and you’ll be fine, but it’s going to take some improvement to your game. I’m almost 50 with a wife and kids. (Not time to play all day.). If I can do it and have fun anyone can.
