The problem occurs with the ascendant challenge, The Keep of Honed Edges. The problem being that the ascendant challenge has 3 spawns, only 1 to my knowledge gives the triumph progress. The triumph progress is also only given upon the first completion of the challenge that week. I found this out after my first encounter and subsequent lack of progress from this challenge the first run me and my friend did it. As after completing all 6 challenges we did not complete the triumph. My friend ground out blindwell to get the blindwell emblem by proxy getting the ascendant champion emblem and completing collections badge for the Dreaming City Seal. I was not that lucky and upon the next coming of the ascendant challenge tried again and failed. However this was the week that the server were reset and brought back (i think due to material and glimmer loss). Within the time before the servers were reset i had run the challenge twice, both times getting the wrong spawn(not that the second run mattered). Upon the reset i tried again luckily though i didn't realise at first, getting the right spawn. Since this counted as my first attempt (due to the reset) . This gave me the emblem upon completion and thus the seal. (i believe the video i have linked is the correct spawn but i am not completely sure) hopefully if you limit the spawns of that ascendant challenge to the one that works this should fix the issue (i don't know how feasible that is).
