Didn't receive Twitch Prime items after claiming.
Claimed my twitch prime loot the other day and logged into game to get them today but they weren't there. I checked twitch prime destiny 2 page and it shows claimed but then in my account page under rewards it shows as not being claimed. Any help with this would help greatly.

3 AntwortenHi there, Thanks for reaching out. Double check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Twitch Prime account. You can verify if you have successfully linked your Twitch Prime account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking, and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section. If you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else keep in mind that only one reward may be granted per Amazon Prime account. If problems persist you will need to unlink and relink your accounts. Keep in mind this may result in you being unable to acquire the current month's rewards, but will make sure you are set up for the next reward drop.
