3rd Person Peeking in Trials
Too many times do teams get smacked, only to all immediately start emoting behind corners.
I'm not saying it's like, stupid broken and garentees wins. I'm just saying we all know it's cheese and ruins the experience of Trials. Trials is supposed to be high risk high reward. 3rd person peeking literally removes the risk.
3rd person peeking grants an incredible amount of information that any other player would have to expose themself to get. This immediately slows down the game and removes any sense of integrity or quality to engagements. It just downright isn't fun to play against that or play that way.
Fights go from "Aw man. I got out played." to "Great. He knew the I stopped aiming at that exact moment cause of the chicken in his hand."
Again, I'm not saying it's like, game breaking. I'm saying it detracts from what could be great engagements within PvP.
I don't think it's an unreasonable to request that emotes should be deactivated until the end of a round.

It is a pretty dumb mechanic to have in pvp to be honest. I use swords almost exclusively on my characters for my heavy and I'll admit I switch to them a lot to see around corners in crucible or in gambit when someone invades. Even when I have no ammo. It's super cheap and 100% should be removed from crucible and gambit.

I use it all the time. Just don’t hardscope. Really. That simple. Flank your opponent, and rush in blindly. It’s how console players do it
