It means you need to get & complete it on whichever platform owns forsaken dlc.

So i checked back on my xbox where i had the quest originally and its gone. so do i need to get the quest again?

Not sure why you even thought you could work on the quest on a platform that you didn’t own the required dlc.

thats the thing. i didnt realize till after the servitor spawned. Im not sure why it would track progress through a quest that you dont have dlc for. it should just be stagnant till you get the dlc.
