We were doing a master nightfall the ordeal on Exodus Crash. My friend was disconnected by a network error while we were clearing the second to last room, the one with the wanted enemy. When he rejoined the strike, his ghost spawned inside a rock in the passageway between Glade of Echoes and that room. We were unable to interact with his ghost to revive him.
