Legendary Lost Sectors - Ridiculous

I like a challenge, but seriously these are stupid - 988 power and I get melted by the 2 barrier champions, even with a frame active they regen so fast that I can’t swap weapons quick enough.
Being 12 levels under should not be so punishing, I literally get melted in 0.2 secs - it’s that bad I’ve killed the boss but can’t claim the chest because of those champions and I literally cannot deal enough damage.
And like all champions their ability spam is through the roof, what fun it is to sit in cover for 30 secs whilst they continue their insta-death barrage
Edit: having completed the runs required seriously wouldn’t waste your time unless desperate for some form of apparent powerful gear - just beware it does not appear to be tier 3.
The so called Tier 3 Powerful is not but appears Tier 1 meaning it drops at 1 above current base and if unlucky (like me) it drops for an item already above this (Had chest at 996 and got a 993 chest, average gear level was 992 - had 3 to 4 gear items above)

Yep absolute stupidity I am only 4 light level less than 1340 and can't complete without a cheese this is not difficulty if I walk in a room only to get shot twice and die, meaning if I am not invisible at all times I am dead. -blam!- Bungie and their -blam!-ing lazy AI difficulty especially with the stupid -blam!-s teleporting as I am shooting them and giving me only one overload shot MOTHER-blam!-ER GIVE ME THE ENTIRE MAG AS OVERLOAD they teleport way too -blam!-ing much for me to get consistent shots when it teleports behind me, through the wall, falls off the map and teleports back up such stupidity with the teleporting being so -blam!-ing broken

Love all the trash talk here like, “oh, stop complaining it’s hard.”, like taking already existing enemies with the same horrible AI (I’m a champion I walk back and forth 5 feet and shoot) and adding more health to them is hard. You all sat behind a rock and cheesed these things and said “this was hardcore, we love getting recycled content that’s supposed to be new cause they added a bigger health bar and a mod specifically for it.” That’s not hardcore, it’s a Google search. Maybe something original next time.

5 Antworten998 Power, 3 tapped by Vandals - this is fun Scavengers den, barrier Servitor never drops it’s shield and if the enemies don’t leaves it’s side they are always invulnerable, how good it is to have long range weapons to kill it when it’s surrounded by Maruaders. Guess I’ll HAVE to use prescribed load out and hope I don’t run out of ammo for Erianas Vow. Destiny - Play your (OUR) way 👍👌

2 AntwortenI'm at 1000 base, 1007 with artifact. The Overload Captain in the fallen lost sector STILL 2 shots me from Venus in Destiny 1! Seriously, there is challenge and then there is outright bullshit. Oh yeah, thought the stomp mechanic was getting dealt with, you know, with swords being a highlight this season. Wrong again. Can't wait for Cyberpunk 2077. Also can't wait for Bungie to either get it together or admit they lost it and let it go.

6 AntwortenKid it literally says recommended 1000 power. Why are you doing it at 988 and still confused why ur getting washed. Either get a fire team or do something different. Hell I got a team and did the master nightmare hunt and we were below 985.

Here’s a hint. Do NoT use SMGs on Overload champs. It takes forever to proc. Use Sidearms. They get stunned in 2 bursts by my Travelers/Last Hope. TMYK🌈⭐️

First, it's not that hard and second, in 2 weeks you'll be complaining that's it's too easy. Not everything has to be a walkthrough. With that said, i think it's a little silly to clear daily. If rather have it weekly and more difficult for better reward

It's a *Legendary* lost sector, for increased difficulty and extra rewards. You are guaranteed - wait for it - *Legendary* seasonal armor drops along with Warmind bits, so now you have another means of farming materials or rolls. Not to mention the whole thing is filled with yellow bars which have increased chances of dropping better loot. It's like you're new to grinding. It's literally the first week. of a season that saw a significant increase in power cap. I'm sorry you can't just blast through everything on day 1. I feel like this should be common sense by now. People like this who complain about stuff being too hard are also the same type of people to complain about not having anything to do after smashing through everything if it's too easy. Put things in perspective, level yourself up, use better gear / mods and try again. After being at an adequate power level the entire thing is much more doable.

2 AntwortenMy problem is that there is NOTHING difference from these versus the normal version other than adding champions and the fact that every trash enemy can one shot you. Just not fun or rewarding at all.

I am closer to 1000 power so they are not that bad but it would be nice if we could have just a little balance with this game. If you go into an activity and you are 12 levels over the suggested power level, you should get the feeling that you are 12 levels over the power level. I am not asking for an easy button, just a little consistency.

I was trying to solo the lost sector at a level over 1,000 and couldn’t. Yesterday’s lost sector had a overload captain i swear they want you to use the sword disruption mod just to solo it. Kudos to all these solo completionists!!!!

This thing not even hard, i beat it the first time when it came out, i was at 978 power lvl. now im 994 and cheesing my way to the end, you just need the right loadout. not the one "you like" but "the one that works"

Each race has them from the stupid witches, eyes, to the idiotic ogres. Amazing all races just happen to have high level characters that just happens to have unlimited laser turret abilities. If you are into lore or realism well that flies right out the window with this mindset. Bunjie is nothing more then an intern training center. They get 1st year college kids who need exp and will work for free or pennies and all they need to do is copy and paste. Add a few shaders and change a couple of parameters and boom "New Content". If you want true challenge and true creativity this is not the game to play. They will always do this to add "difficulty" or new content and nothing will ever change that whatsoever. #Cyberpunk 2077 !!!!

4 AntwortenRight here. A lot of users gave bungie the wrong feedback. When we were bored and desperate... Whisper of the worm dropped. The forums loved it! Bored yet again, zero hour dropped. The forums loved it! These missions, and bungies' incredible ability to not think creatively is what got us to our present situation. We got crap like the reckoning, and legendary lost sectors. This isn't great content. The community was just sooo starved. Packing a finite area with a metric ton of enemies all coke'd-up with bloodlust is stupid. When the enemies guns are that much more powerful than my own... How stupid my Guardian must be to not drop his own ( your fav weapon here ) and pick up the enemies'. They've got the high ground! They've got the low ground, they've covered the lanes! They reload glitch--they never miss and did I happen to mention they're hopped up on caffeine pills with the speedy wings only redbull can grant. Bungie is to blame. Idc if one percent of the community can speed run their crappy releases and make it all look so easy.b isn't that the way it's supposed to be? Whisper and zero each gave the community a reason to play, but at what cost?

Agreed, I went in there and started dealing damage to get them to proc shields, ripped it down with barrier rounds and layed into them with 1KV.... health bar barely moved so I left. Game is catering to PC and content creators this season more than ever.
