Suspensions
I have a few suggestions for you.
1. fix the source of the problems players have been experiencing rather than focusing on the smaller issues.
2. fix your suspension system (gambit and crucible). Two things you should add is a way to detect if a player was kicked due to internet connection issues and for how long they are banned.
Let me use my own issue as an example: Xfinity somehow screwed up my internet to the point where I can't even use my ethernet connection so I am constantly getting kicked from activities with the same errors: "Weasel, Buffalo, Bee" because I am stuck with wifi. I am sure you can image it is annoying being kicked constantly.

When you see constant error codes, you would think someone would try to figure out why instead of playing until you get a suspension. "Keep playing with bad internet" is the reason why you got suspended. You should get off WiFi and make sure your internet is good before trying again or you may get worse and worse penalties. Or keep pushing your luck and see what happens. Imagine playing against a laggy player. That's what your opponents need to face when you're online.
