Rally Barricade needs to be reworked
Rather than a small wall I suggest making so the Titan's class ability provides the user and nearby allies an overshield for 15 seconds.
The Titan class ability feels very weak in comparison to the Hunters and the Warlock and really could use some love.

You would be able to have a constant over shield. This would never fly. Basically bringing titans back to an even worse balance place then the One Eyed Mask PRE NERF.
