Crucible needs a change.
1. Usually when I get on Destiny 2 the first thing I want to do is play some crucible with friends, but then I realize my high skill level friend can't join because then I cant have fun because its a sweat fest. So I literally cannot have fun because i'm playing wit my friend. SBMM needs changes, 2. also I shouldn't be punished for playing crucible with a non meta loadout. It shouldn't be this hard to play with a non meta loadout but no I use my non meta loadout and get repeatedly killed by erentil, contraverse hold, mindbenders, and spare rations. 3. I currently have 7 resets in valor and I've hit legend why dont i get enhancement prisms or ascendant shards from all of this? Honestly theres no good loot form playing crucible i have every exotic and the random drop stat rolls are trash so i'm not getting anything there and the crucible armor is ugly and has bad stat rolls most of the weapons are trash too. I also have all of the pinnacles and rituals so theres nothing loot wise from crucible for me.
So what im trying to say is crucible has 3 big problems and they need fixing.

Smoke bomb your team when you’re running in. Get close(ish) to the opposition and dodge back towards your team and let them slay out while the other team are trying to figure out what’s going on and the run on to the next wave. I play a lot of crucible, mainly solo and have an absolute blast! By no means a god tier player but I like to experiment with different load outs and this one suits me well. Doesn’t hurt to message people you’ve played with/against to ask for pointers either 😊

5 AntwortenBearbeitet von Lots of Dogs: 2/22/2020 9:48:54 PMIf they remove SBMM and go back to CBMM, if you’re playing with your top tier friend who’s legend, you’re still not gonna have fun as you’ll still be in just as sweaty lobbies. You cannot play with a friend who is significantly better and expect to come away clean. Expanding SBMM is the best thing to happen to crucible since D2 launch. It’s far from perfect. But matches are better than they’ve been in forever. You’re not punished for playing crucible with a non-meta loadout. I typically am top one or two in my lobbies and I run a kinetic sidearm and an energy pulse - about as far from meta as can get. And FWIW, I’m not trying to be some anti-meta rebel. I just do much better with my loadouts. I’ll switch up my sidearm for a DRB very occasionally, but you can do extremely well without touching the meta.

For years I complained about it and wished for it to get better and continued to play the game. But I’ve accepted at this point that this game will never have a PvP focus which sucks but it is what it is.

Classic mix is still CBMM I believe so just go in there. To be honest with you though, all quickplay modes are a fcking mess 😂
