5 AntwortenEverytime I read the forum replies to your twab I feel like continuing my sabbatical from this game. I really want a reason to come back and enjoy this as a player and not as a content creator. I guess that's too much to ask nowadays.
-
3 AntwortenAbsolutely clueless. Clearly the people at the top want to drive players away from this once great game.

If Trials returns, then the Crucible sandbox needs an overhaul! https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/255223163/0/0

62 AntwortenTo everyone asking why they didn't just remove affinities, they've said why before. There are certain mod combos that they do not want to be possible, because they would be too potent. We would be wishing they weren't allowed as well if they were. Some of these mods, if put together, would cause chaos pretty much everywhere. The affinities exist for balancing purposes. What I don't understand is how more people aren't happy with this. This is quite literally what a huge amount of people on this forum have been asking for, and it removes a layer of rng from the equation. All you need to do is spend 1 single upgrade module if you don't like the affinity. That, AND they're changing the feature that everyone has been complaining about making our armor "obsolete," this is the fix of all fixes for armor 2.0. We have the optimal scenario, and yet people still find a way. Leave it to the bungie forums.

Downvoted for incompetence.

43 AntwortenBearbeitet von Necrogen: 2/14/2020 1:25:08 PMThis week at Bungie Cozmo: hey guys! The dev team has decided to allow you all to change your affinity! Remember how you wanted all seasonal mods to work with any armor? We are allowing you to use them! Cynics: WTF BUNGIE WHY CANT YOU LISTEN TO WHAT WE WANT?! WE.WANT.TO.CHANGE.AFFINITY! Cozmo: but we- Cynics: *T-rex noise* Everyone else: oh hey, we can change the affinity now! Seasonal mods apply to all armor now?! Whaaat? Cynics: oh my God you apologists, how can you like what's going on when we're in our feelings here? can't you acknowledge how we're the victim here? Everyone else: y'know I do hope trials comes back... Wonder if factions come back and prison of elders... Cynics: STOP IGNORING MY FEELINGS! *farts...sh1ts pants* AGAIN?! Everyone else: oh! I have to finish my season pass before the season finishes Me: 🤣🥃🍿

3 AntwortenHahaha so funny how bad this game is now
This week at Bungie, we had to fix the timeline . . . again.
Yeah great I can change affinity on gear. And spent a shit ton if I managed to masterwork it. Except you’ll just take it away with the weekly rollback. Nah I’m good
-
Corrupt-a-wish: You get to change your armor's affinity but... You have to pay the entire cost of the armor's current level plus an upgrade module to do it. Hey Bungie? Don't bother. Just don't. If this is how you are handling the ability to change armor affinity you might as well just not bother at all.

Cunters in pvp invis wow

1 AntwortenSaid it in reply below and will post it here as well. Have not cared about armor since 2.0 hit the game and this changes nothing. The chase is DEAD in this game.
-
First I thought WOW, better start playing seriously again. Then I realised that while I can change affinity, I have to spend all prisms and shard again. No thank you and thank you, this saves my time for other things.
-
5 AntwortenWhy bother. Too expensive to enjoy the change to Armor. Why you guys always feel the need to fight the community tooth and nail over this stuff is beyond me.

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von GotButch: 2/15/2020 1:21:50 AMIf a pinnacle piece of gear where to drop at 6 energy and I wanted to change it's affinity. Would I have to pay a core plus the mats that it takes to level that gear up to 6? Does this also count for the masterworked items that drop from the dungeon?

I would like to see some form of a GAME UPDATE that is worth the price tag than see temporary content flutter by with permanent additions to eververse.
-
Just want to add that if you guys could toss in one or two small fixes like this every couple weeks that would be great. Idk what that would take logistically, but it would be nice to see issues addressed on some sort of semi regularly basis in addition to the more majored changes with each season.
-
1 AntwortenSo you idiots keep finding reasons to roll back character data, yet you can't be bothered to return "The Pigeon and The Phoenix" lore pages to everyone who completed them? I'm convinced that you guys just want this Season to be over and pretend like it never happened. Why else would you taunt us with "Billions of Fractaline have been donated, but you have billions more to go to reach stage seven and unlock the final Triumph for the Savior Seal."
-
deep breath everybody, and ... 1, 2, 3, .... AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA and breath, and relax, there now isn't that better? See you all next week for our weekly rollback and laughing session.
-
Waaaaay too expensive only thing positive to change is the season mod slot
-
I feel like these seasonal events are geared towards catching up new players, this is all, let the vets buy a ghost shell and they’ll be fine.
-
2 Antwortenagain, no Bungie bounty this Crimson ? :( Monday ? DeeJ and Urk ? vs the world ? since dmg and Cozmo not feeling up to it
-
Unbelievable cost. Why cant mod components come into play. There is 0 point of mod components at the minute. I want all void elements because I use 2 grenade launchers but hell am I going to -blam!- about changing all my masterworked gear into void. -blam!- that right off
-
3 AntwortenCan we have clarification about these two systems? It sounds like changing affinity on upgraded armor will require completely repaying the infusion cost. It also sounds as though seasonal mod slots will cover a total of 3 seasons-the prior, current and following season. Could you please tell us if this is correct or not?
-
That is the worst idea ever. With that, I'll just keep the Affinity that drops with the armor, or just infuse it. Why waste all those materials? Why not just require some glimmer and cores? I don't understand this logic at all. I really wish we could see what happens at your meetings when you decide whats best for the game. It seems like everyone writes an idea and puts it in a hat and Luke Smith draws one out. Then he's like, "Sounds good to me."
