With your attitude I'm sure it will continue that way. Your are paying for a service that you are not receiving. I spend my money in games with big developers behind, so I expect a good service. I consider I'm not demanding nothing special, just the service I've paid.

You are getting the services you paid for. Outages will happen. You can’t make demands like that every time outages happen.
